'different' are not on that score excluded or ostracised.
Where society can display inclusiveness and understanding,
such persons can be assured of a life of dignity and nondiscrimination."

Even as we fight the overturning of this remarkable judgement by the Supreme Court in 2013, let us come together and celebrate the day the Delhi High Court stood with it's people for rights, justice and dignity. Let us stand together against the hate and violence that has been unleashed anew since the return of the oppressive section 377 into the law.
